If dilapidation claims negotiation has failed to resolve a dispute and the case is taken to court, you will need an independent expert witness to demonstrate your case.

As expert witness, we would examine the lease and look at the existing dilapidation claim to see if anything could be done to resolve the matter prior to an expensive legal action.

A site visit and impartial dilapidation survey would be conducted on the premises to determine the validity (or otherwise) of certain aspects of the dilapidation claim.

If the case proceeds to court, we would be on hand to both the client and legal counsel to provide any assistance possible.

Naturally, all documentation would be provided as required as the case progresses and of course, we would represent your position in court.
